National Outstanding Guernsey Youth Winner, Karen Anderson, poses with the remarqued print. Known world-wide for her agricultural paintings depicting rural life — especially cows, Bonnie Mohr has been commissioned to an updated version of our well-known Foster Mothers of the Human Race Print to celebrate Hoard’s Dairyman’s 125th Anniversary. As a dairy producer and avid reader of Hoard’s Dairyman since childhood, Bonnie was the perfect artist selection for this monumental artwork.
Visit Bonnie’s Brush with Hoard’s blog regularly to see the progression of the painting from start to finish. Bonnie will be contributing some personal anecdotes in the blog as she paints from her second floor studio in Glencoe, Minnesota.
